Back in 2018, we assisted Darren & Heath to custom-design their spectacular second dwelling near Bexhill NSW. The build included a modern style three-bedroom, three-bathroom home with minimalist styling and premium finish
es. We have to say (and you will surely agree!) that the final home looks terrific.
Site
Our team installed the home on the client’s acreage property near Lismore, NSW. It looks beautiful nestled into the picturesque hills of Northern NSW.
Exterior Features
The clients have added Weathertex Weathergroove vertical architectural cladding with full height windows and louvres on the exterior. One end of the home features a functional semi-enclosed outdoor living space which opens onto the inground pool across the front.
The client chose the “Nordic” façade for their home which fitted in well with their desire for a contemporary, minimalist look.
Interior Features
Now, for the inside. The home features 2.7m ceilings throughout with shadow line cornices and minimal window trims and architraves. Joinery height is 2.4m allowing for additional head height through the doors and openings and allowing for extra storage in the office and linen.
All cabinetry is custom made with push-button doors, gloss finish and stone benchtops. The client has complemented the kitchen with premium Miele oven, microwave, steamer and induction cooktop. Also included are integrated Miele fridge and dishwasher.

Decking: Bunnings Eko 137x23 Greystone Composite Decking
Kitchen: Quantum Quartz Venatino Statuario with Polytech Dulux Snow Season Quarter 30% to cupboards
Internal Wall Colour: Dulux Lexicon Quarter throughout the home.
Floorcoverings: Castleton French Oak Vinyl Plank Flooring & Hycraft Caribbean Range Fibre 100% Wool loop pile carpet to bedrooms.
Other Notes
The client also supplied a ZIP HydroTap kitchen sink tap, an inbuilt gas heater, speaker system and concrete look wallpaper in the living.
