This week we’ve just completed three new modular homes for different clients across QLD. With diverse needs, requirements and expectations, these homes give you an insight into the type of dwellings Westbuilt complete for our clients.
From a three bedroom home near Beaudesert to a double storey home at Rockhampton we’ve got something for everyone! So, click through to check out some photos of these inspiring homes.
This two-story modular home features four large bedrooms, ensuite and a separate living area on the ground floor. Upstairs is all open plan living and verandah to take advantage of the stunning views!
We custom designed this home in collaboration with the client and needed to comply with a BAL12.5 bushfire and C3 cyclone rating.

This lovely 3 bedroom home is based on our Glenvale 1 design. The client has then added full wrap around verandahs to the exterior of the house.
Internally, timber-look ceramic tiles to the floors and polished timber benches in the Kitchen. And to top off the kitchen – we’ve added a printed glass splashback and Belling freestanding cooker!

Custom designed from scratch, this client had very specific and particular needs. The home features a large entertainment area and front entry portico which really sets this home off.
Additionally, the home features vinyl plank flooring throughout the house, a CaeserStone kitchen benchtop and a separate walk-in scullery/pantry!
The home is roughly similar to the Glenvale 1 design.
