So, why should I consider a modular home over an onsite built home? Great question!

There are several reasons why a modular house is a viable consideration for many people. In saying this, we're not all things to all people. Modular construction works for several reasons. First, these types of homes are quick to build. Second, it's a smooth building process. And third, we can 100% guarantee a fixed price.

But let's look at all of this in some more detail.

Modular construction is, in most cases, the quickest way to get your new home built. The houses are constructed in a factory environment where weather and contractor availability have minimal impact on the building timeline.
