The team at Westbuilt were extremely helpful with the designing process. We actually chose a floorplan that already existed and then adapted it and the designers were very open to our ideas and suggestions.
Building with Westbuilt Homes was a very enjoyable experience, even with the physical distance between the site of our new home and Westbuilt’s offices in Warrick. We built in the small country town of Roma which is about 600 kms west of Brisbane, but the team really made the effort to keep us in the loop with how the progress was going. As the build started we were kept up to date with everything and during the planning stages we were able to be in contact daily by email. The team was very approachable with any questions or requests that we had.
The main reason we chose to build a modular home was because it was so quick between the start of the construction to the time we were able to move in. We were able to move out and into our new home within four months.
The home has been in excellent condition since we moved in. We haven’t had any issues. We are able to contact Westbuilt by email if we have any questions. But from the time of handover, there haven’t been any problems for us.
